London Pods Next Day Guarantee Terms & Conditions

We London Pods guarantee that your parcel will be delivered within the time frame stated below as per the terms paragraphed beneath the service or we will refund you the cost of shipping on your order. These terms exclude delivery to the locations mentioned under the section "Excluded Locations".

All of the guaranteed services below cover the time from your order if made before 2pm to the time that the parcel arrives at your chosen delivery address. Orders made after 2pm will be guaranteed from the next working day.

This guarantee is not applicable to orders made prior to 20:00 on 15th July 2021 and London Pods reserves the right to revoke this guarantee at any time. 

DHL Next Day Guaranteed

We guarantee that if you place an order before 2pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be delivered the next working day, excluding bank holidays.

DHL Saturday Guaranteed

We guarantee that if you place an order before 2pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered on the following Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

DHL Saturday Before 10:30am Guaranteed

We guarantee that if you place an order before 2pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered on the proceeding Saturday before 10:30am, excluding bank holidays.

DHL 48 Hour

This service is excluded from the London Pods Next Day Guarantee.

Excluded Locations

This guarantee excludes the following areas:
• Guernsey
• Jersey
• Isle of Man
• Northern Ireland
• Northern Scotland
• Hebrides
• Orkney Islands
• Shetland Islands
• Anywhere outside of the United Kingdom.

Invalid Address Exclusion

In the event that you have incorrectly entered your delivery address or entered an invalid delivery address, you will invalidate this guarantee and no refund will be given.

Change in Location

In the event that you change the parcels delivery location after an order is made, you will invalidate this guarantee. This includes changes to a parcel shop or pickup point.

Pre-Orders Exclusion

This guarantee excludes any orders with a pre-ordered or backordered items such as the customisable tubs.

Christmas Delays

This guarantee excludes any orders made within the 2 weeks before or after the 25th January.

How to Claim a Refund on Shipping

In the event that we have not satisfied this guarantee, you can claim a refund for the cost of shipping on your order by emailing London Pods support staff at customerservice@londonpods.co.uk or by sending a WhatsApp message to +44 7880 830436.

You must provide proof that your parcel was not delivered in the guaranteed time frame along with your order number and tracking number.
